My Baby's Crib enjoys to offering our customers a full selection of products and makes every attempt to make every feature and choice available online. We do not offer only products that our vendors are overstocked on and are trying to unload as other websites do. We believe in fulfilling our customers needs & desires by giving them exactly what they want.

Because most, if not all furniture offered on this site is custom made to your specifications and Special Ordered for you, they are available in a wide variety of finishes, colors, features, and or fabrics. These Custom Ordered merchandise may take up to 16 weeks for delivery.

Oversize & Overweight Items:

Single items over 150 pounds must be shipped via "Private Trucking". Common carriers such as US Postal Service, UPS or FEDEX will not accept any packages over 150 pounds. Not all freight carriers deliver to all areas. Appropriate rates will apply based on overall package volume, weight and delivery location. Orders shipped via "Private Trucking" may incur addtional ship time.

Refusal of Delivery

If a package is refused for delivery, the customer will be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred (not the discount rates, but the full shipping charges) by mybabyscrib.net. Once the package is received back in our warehouse, a credit will be issued to the original credit card for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost of shipping the package to you and a 30% restocking fee. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. The purpose of this is to avoid unnecessary shipping costs and to allow us to offer the lowest prices possible. This does not apply to packages that appeared to be damaged in transit to the purchasers location.

Incorrect Shipping Address Provided

Packages that are returned or shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges. Orders that are later cancelled due to an incorrect address provided by the customer are also subject to actual shipping charges. Once we receive the package back in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. Requests for packages to be shipped again will be subject to actual shipping charges. The purpose of this is to avoid unnecessary shipping costs, which allow us to offer the lowest prices possible.

My Baby’s Crib strives to achieve the highest level of service in our industry. Our goal is to provide our customers with the best possible customer experience. We aim to provide nothing but the best in quality and service.

Non-Furniture Returns

Regularly stocked non-furniture merchandise may be returned within 7 days or exchanged for any reason within 10 days of purchase from a store or order delivery. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer receipt or proof of purchase is required for a refund. A credit from our store or gift certificate from our catalog will be issued in the event that proof of purchase cannot be located.

If a customer chooses to alter their merchandise whether or not to facilitate delivery or installation, that merchandise will not be accepted for return or a refund.

Store Non-Furniture Returns may be returned to any of our stores.

Our stores are also able to facilitate a catalog or web return. The store will call the return into our Processing Center to process the credit and accommodate shipping the merchandise back to our center.

Catalog & Web Non-Furniture Returns

All catalog and web purchases are shipped with a return packing label, packing slip and instructions for return. If no return label is available, please include your packing slip or order number and customer name in your return shipment. For assistance, contact our Processing Center at 732-364-3440. A refund or credit will be issued upon receipt of your return into our center.

Furniture Returns

Customers are asked to measure their entryways and access points from curb to in-home placement prior to order placement to avoid delivery problems later. Regularly stocked furniture may be returned within 7 days or exchanged for any reason within 10 days of order delivery. Customer receipt or proof of purchase is required for refund. A credit from our store or gift certificate from our catalog will be issued in the event that proof of purchase cannot be located. Merchandise that is refused because it doesn't fit will also be refunded in merchandise or store credit only. We offer a one-time price adjustment when an original sales receipt or proof of purchase is presented within 10 days of order delivery.

Special order merchandise is custom made upon order and is non-returnable and non-refundable. Special orders taken in a store require a 50% deposit, non-refundable after 24 hours. Web and catalog special orders have a 50% cancellation fee, if the order is canceled more than 24 hours after placement. My Baby’s Crib reserves the right to modify its exchange and return policies at any time.

Transfer of Risk and Title

When you order an item at mybabyscrib.net, the purchase is pursuant to a shipment contract. That means once we deliver your purchase to the shipping company, the risk of loss and title of your purchase passes to you.

Challenge of Service

If for some reason there is a disagreement relating to the products you have purchased through our stores or catalogs, the challenge of service can be submitted to confidential arbitration in Monmouth County, NJ. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
